Fruit

Fruit are natural gift from God, it is very useful to us as human because it helps with so many things especially with our health. For example fruit help us with the digestive system, they provide us fiber that help us get rid of the waste in our body and make our digestive process run smoothly. Fruit also protect you from the damages caused by free radicals, they contain many vitamins, orange and strawberry for example, have vitamins C, A and E which are really important anti-oxidants. Fruits like blueberry and cranberries are unique, the bright color of them are actually a really powerful anti-oxidant called phytonutrients, that protect us from cancer and slow down some effects of aging. fruit can prevent us from getting some brain diseases as well, the studies recommend us to eat at least 5 fruits a day.

Some people are used to eat fruits everyday, but sometimes they get bored and stop eating it. many people overcome this problem by trying to blend them and make juices. Actually there is another way that people usually do, fruit salad. fruit salad is really simple because all you have to do to make it is to choose your favorite fruits such as melon, strawberry or blueberry. cut the fruit whatever you like and place them in a bowl and put honey on it, you may put cream and lemon water on it too if you like. Then decorate the fruit salad the way you like :)

After we arrive back at the school, we have to open the food that we buy like vegetables and milk, etc, put them in a plastic bag.

We encountered some troubles because we did not expect that going back from hypermart to school would took pretty much of our time.

Preparing

Take out all the ingredients from the refrigerator, including the meet. Heat the meet because the might be really cold and hard to be cut. Also open all the cans by using the can-opener. And wash all some raw materials. Put all the ingredients in a bowl like the meet and the mushrooms, or plate like the onions and nutmeg, etc.

Separate the leftover from the plate first, and place them in one big plastic bag. After all the leftover has been separated, throw them into the trash bin. Wash all the equipments like, plates, spoon, and glasses

Meat Loaf Recipe

Materials:
- Meat: chop it into pieces
- Bread: cut it into 5 pieces with thickness of about 1.5cm
- Milk: prepare 150cc + 125cc
- Onion: mince 50g
- Salt: 1tsp + 1/4tsp
- Egg: mix 2 eggs
- Nutmeg: 1/2tsp
- Flour: 1 tbsp
- Margarine

Equipment:
- Knife
- Chopping board
- Scissors
- Spoons
- Beaker with measurement
- Frying pan
- Spatulas
- Forks
- Bowls
- Stove

Steps for meat loaf:
1. Boil onion with milk until done, put in bread.
2. Mix it until bread is not in shape then cool it.
3. Mix the rest of the ingredients, out on the frying pan, with margarine spread on them.
4. Close with aluminum foil.
5. Steam until done, cool it.
6. Fry with margarine until the color turns brownish cut into pieces.

Steps for mushroom dressing:
1. Melt margarine, put in flour, mix.
2. Put milk while mixing.
3. Put in salt, pepper and mushroom.
4. Serve meat loaf with veggies and sauce.
