Meat Loaf Recipe

Materials:
- Meat: chop it into pieces
- Bread: cut it into 5 pieces with thickness of about 1.5cm
- Milk: prepare 150cc + 125cc
- Onion: mince 50g
- Salt: 1tsp + 1/4tsp
- Egg: mix 2 eggs
- Nutmeg: 1/2tsp
- Flour: 1 tbsp
- Margarine

Equipment:
- Knife
- Chopping board
- Scissors
- Spoons
- Beaker with measurement
- Frying pan
- Spatulas
- Forks
- Bowls
- Stove

Steps for meat loaf:
1. Boil onion with milk until done, put in bread.
2. Mix it until bread is not in shape then cool it.
3. Mix the rest of the ingredients, out on the frying pan, with margarine spread on them.
4. Close with aluminum foil.
5. Steam until done, cool it.
6. Fry with margarine until the color turns brownish cut into pieces.

Steps for mushroom dressing:
1. Melt margarine, put in flour, mix.
2. Put milk while mixing.
3. Put in salt, pepper and mushroom.
4. Serve meat loaf with veggies and sauce.
